Mountain Gorilla Group in Volcanoes National Park

The trekking in Rwanda is usually taking place at a higher altitude starting at about 3.000 m above sea level. Also, the vegetation here allows, that with a little bit of luck, the gorillas can be seen in a bit more open terrain, which allows for better photographic opportunities. After returning to the lodge there may be an opportunity to visit the local communities around Musanze town and visit the local markets or visit the scenic twin known as Bulera and Ruhondo in the afternoon, depending on the time of your return from gorilla trekking.
